We’re proud to introduce the leadership team behind Sidequest: Shawnee, General Manager, and Eric, Kitchen Manager.

Shawnee’s journey with WHG began in 2017 as a server at Wylder. Through years of growth—serving as AGM, GM, Associate Partner, and Partner—she has consistently led with a strong commitment to standards, accountability, and team development. Now stepping in as GM of Sidequest, her story reflects what’s possible through dedication, consistency, and belief in the mission.

Eric joined WHG in 2024 as a prep cook at Percy, quickly earning recognition as Prep Key Employee before rising into leadership. His precision, steady work ethic, and commitment to quality and standards make him the perfect fit to lead the kitchen at Sidequest.

Sidequest is built on growth, opportunity, and the people who uphold the standard every day—and we couldn’t be more excited for these two to lead the way.
